Extractions & Implant Surgery (Day 1–2)
Under local anesthesia (or IV sedation if preferred), any remaining failing teeth are removed and 4 titanium implants are precisely placed. Surgery takes 2–3 hours per arch.
Same-Day Fixed Bridge (Day 1)
A prefabricated provisional acrylic bridge is immediately attached to the 4 implants. You leave the clinic the same day with a complete, fixed smile and can eat soft foods.
Follow-Up Check & Departure (Day 5–7)
A final check confirms the bite and bridge stability before you fly home. You receive written aftercare instructions and direct access to our support team.
Osseointegration (3–6 Months at Home)

Surgery is performed under local anesthesia so you feel no pain. IV sedation is available for anxious patients. Afterward, expect 3–5 days of mild-to-moderate swelling and discomfort, well managed with prescribed pain relief. Most patients are surprised by how manageable the recovery is.
