If you plan to get restorations on front teeth, we recommend whitening your natural teeth first so we can match the restoration shade to your newly brightened smile.
The “White Diet” is a list of color-free foods you should consume for 48 hours following treatment. Since your enamel pores are open, they easily absorb dark pigments. You should eat foods like milk, water, white yogurt, rice, chicken, turkey, and white fish, while strictly avoiding coffee, tea, wine, berries, curry, and tobacco.
